Standard Eligibility Criteria

  • Annual Gross Revenues up to $1,000,000
  • No claims in the last 5 years
  • No prior Insurance cancellations/non renewal
  • All products manufactured in Canada
  • US exports acceptable up to 10%
  • No more than 5 business locations
  • E-commerce sales are acceptable in and outside of Canada

Certificate Requests

Brokers may issue Certificates of Insurance with Additional Insureds, in house, as per client’s request. Please submit a copy of every certificate issued to the client at ba-certificates@apollocover.com. A certificate will not be valid unless a copy is provided to Apollo.

  • Suppositories
  • Nutraceuticals
  • Digestive Products (Meats & Fish – vegetable is acceptable)
  • Aerosol Products
  • Acetone based products
  • Permanent Cosmetics and Invasive Body Inks
  • Medical and Industrial Equipment Rental/Leasing
  • Tanning & Laser Equipment Sales

Any sales of products containing following ingredients are ineligible

  • Parabens
  • Artificial fragrance / parfum
  • Sodium Lauryl sulfate, Sodium Laureth Sulphate
  • Toluene
  • Phthalates
  • Polyethylene glycol
  • Formaldehyde
  • Oxybenzone
  • Diethanolamine
  • Triclosan
  • Aminophenol
  • Diaminobenzene
  • Petroleum distillates
  • Retinyl palmitate, retinyl acetate
  • Retinoic acid
  • Triclosan
